The reunion was terrific! While I didn't see many of the folks that I knew well it was a great chance to get to know some of the folks that I was less aquainted with better.

Landmark has restored the buildings beautifully. They have removed the white paint to expose the brick. A definate improvement. They have given us a space for our records & memories so if you have photos, papers etc get in touch w/ Barbara Taylor.
We went to the town hall w/ her to peruse old photos, news articles &old yearbooks.

Gary was kind enough to drive to a couple of my favorite haunts. The Vermonter for maple brittle & the Putney falls swimming hole. Do any of you remember going to the Vermonter for maple brittle scraps & leaving your money on the table. Well, you can still do it. We scrambled down the banks down to Putney falls swimming hole. It's still a beautiful spot. Some of you may remember the quarry swimming hole too. We also went to the old cemetery. Some of the graves dated back to the 1700s.

Party time at the former Shaman's pub Saturday night brought back a little of the spirit of the old Windham days. Believe me the rules are stricter these days.

Where are all the rest of you guys? Do any of you remember me? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Windham College Alumni only come out at night . . .

Well it was interesting, a few bodies short of a gathering, and long winded speakers, who ever lets a college pres. speak longer than 20 min.??

NEal is still Neal, and going strong.

Don't have the stamina and $$ for late nights, but next time.....
